Beyonce…Obsessed?

I was not the least bit surprised when people came back with bad reviews on Beyonce’s latest movie “Obsession.” I want to say sorry to all the suckers that went out to see it. Personally, I only needed to see Beyonce in ONE movie, “Dream Girls.” I watched her give a dry ass performance and that was enough for me to know that she’s not much of an actress. At the end of the day Beyonce is a pretty face and that’s ALL she is.  A part me is telling me that even in real life she has a dry personality and even Jay Z is caught up in her BEYONCENESS.

BEYONCENESS is her ability to entertain and captivate millions with her presence but I’m afraid she has no BEYONCENESS behind the big screen. I was impressed by only one scene of “Dream Girls,”  the photoshoot. It was fun watching her change outfits and hairstyles. She was stunning. She was BEYONCE. Then, in Obsession there was scene I saw in the trailer where she was fighting the white girl. The directors were simply using her BEYONCENESS to sell tickets. What man don’t want to see two women (esp BEYONCE)  get in on? I’m sure that scene was all the movie had.

On a positive note,  I love, love, love her commercials  (if they even count as acting). Here’s one with her and Ellen but Ellen is clearly the only one with real acting ability.

I do understand why she keeps trying, it’s more than just the money. Come on, she has a lot of it. Every person has something they wanted to do in life whether or not they have the talent.  There are boys everywhere that want to become basketball players, but can’t play hoops and girls that want to model but don’t have the height. Well I think Beyonce’s desire was to act and no matter how many records she sold as a singer, she still is not satisfied with her accomplishments.  But like every desire or obsession, sometimes you need to figure out when to give up on it.Will Beyonce ever get the clue? In my opinion she is only good  at playing one role, and that’s “Sasha Fierce.”

“What does the most “Beautiful woman wit everything” want ? ACTING SKILLS

Dope ass perspective, I never thought of that and also u know how a celeb is protected by their publicist let alone their momager or father to keep up their image of being perfect maybe its her way of actin out cause she may have control over her finances but imagine ppl tellin u all thime “u shudnt do this or that it’ll ruin ur image”…I.E. its rumored she did a very intimate video for “Broken Hearted Girl” but big surprise hubby Hova nixed it cuz she did a love scene wit the gentleman in the video sayin “its not good for her image” *rolls eyes* So tryin to act she can escape and play someone else for a short period of time but her acting is bad so, she limited 2 roles cause she has NO range, this movie was the studios TAX WRITE OFF which is usually done wit scary movies. So ima side wit Samuel L. On this one stop takin jobs away from the REAL actors. I’ve actually seen postins on Fb of girls sayin “the fight scene was good, B did her thang”…R U Serious?? I swear you see those same facials when she’s doing her dance moves on that note STICK TO UR DAY JOB hunny!

yup, “acting out” or “obsessed” I don’t know what the reason is but its obvious it she doesn’t need the money. It’s so sad there are people out there with real talent but they keep giving away these jobs to people that already have money but most importantly DON’T HAVE TALENT. lol

The only person that stayed in their realm as an actor was Chris Brown. In “This Christmas” he played a young boy that wanted to sing. And in “Stomp the Yard” he did very minimal acting. He was a dancer. That’s who he is and he’s not trying to be anything else. That was good casting. I blame the Casting Directors who want to get people to theatres but forgot to care about us liking the movie. The quality of movies are getting so bad in America because we are so obsessed with celebrities and directors/ producers try to play on that to get money. So…with that said, I blame them and guess I blame us too.
